Truck Ban Returns To Ras Al Khaimah

News: A truck ban in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, was reinstated on Sep tember 8 2013, as the sheikhdom' s schools reopened their doors for a new term. The local government implemented the ban in an effort to cut congestion, and reduce the risk of students and their parents being involved in road accidents while on the school run, Zawya reports. Police will monitor roads near schools at the start and end of the day.
