Supply Bid By Olam International Disqualified

News: The Philippines' state grain trader has barred the group of Singapore-based food ingredients processor Olam International and Roan Agrifactor from bidding to supply 800,000 tonnes of rice between May and August 2014. According to Luduvico Jarina, deputy administrator of the National Food Authority, as both the firms were unable to deliver the rice before July, they have been disqualified from the bidding.
