Suez Canal’s Revenue Up 6% In March

News: The Suez Canal recorded a 6% month-on-month increase in revenue, to US$398.50mn, in March 2013, compared with US$375.3mn in February, according to the Suez Canal Authority. Revenue was US$428mn in March 2012. The Suez Canal is one Egypt's main sources of foreign currency, after tourism, oil and gas exports and remittances from Egyptians living overseas.
