Sohar Port Receives Three STS Cranes From ZPMC

News: The Sohar port and Freezone in Oman has received three new Post Panamax ship-to-shore (STS) container cranes from China-based Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC). The cranes, which were built to order by ZPMC and represent a multi-million dollar investment in Sohar's future, was officially received by Oman International Container Terminal. Each crane has a 52-metre reach and can handle very large container ships, allowing shipping lines to reduce their costs.
