Skanska Invests In Phase Two Of Dominikanski Office Complex

News: Sweden-based construction company Skanska is investing EUR37mn (USD51.22mn) in phase two of the Dominikanski office complex in Wroclaw, Poland. The office project will have a total leasable space of about 40,000 square metres and will feature two underground levels and seven storeys above ground. The first phase already started in Q213 and will be finalised in Q215, while the second phase will be completed in Q315. The project is Skanska's fourth office project in Wroclaw.

BMI View : Despite continued stagnancy within the global office segment, Poland's office real estate market is showing signs of growth with the segment experiencing record take-up in 2013. A strong domestic economy will continue to see demand for office space expansion during 2014.
