News: Samsung Construction & Trading, the construction division of Samsung Group, is set to finish the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal by the end of March, according to a press release. The facility will be the first of its kind in the country. The terminal worth US$11bn will facilitate the receipt, storage and delivery of imported gas. In addition, it will aid in loading LNG on vessels for exports. The construction of the terminal is in line with the Singaporean government's initiative for diversification of energy sources.
