Qtel To Expand Service Options

News: Qatar-based telecoms operator Qatar Telecom (Qtel) plans to grow the range of customer service options in 2013. The operator, which boasts 4,000 authorised dealers, 20 retail shops and 200 self-service machines, will increase its physical presence to give customers access to its products and services in 2013. The operator is also improving the training and support programme for its dealer network and plans to add new features to its eShop.

BMI View: Qtel is the incumbent telecoms operator in Qatar. The operator has a presence in 17 countries and aims to expand in the Middle East and North Africa, and in South East Asia.
