Oman Interested In East Coast Gangavaram LNG Terminal Stake

News: Oman is planning to acquire around a 20% stake in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal of the Indian oil and gas company Petronet LNG, reports the Press Trust of India, citing Oman's oil minister Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhy. The LNG terminal, being constructed at Gangavaram in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, will have 5mn tonne a year of production capacity. The LNG import terminal is scheduled to be completed by 2018.
