Occupancy At Dubai's Four- And Five-Star Hotels Reaches 87.6%


News: Four- and five-star hotels in Dubai, UAE, registered a rise in occupancy to 87.6% in February, according to the latest data from HotStats. The increase was attributed to a number of events hosted in the city, which attracted a large number of international visitors. The average room rate rose 8.7% to US$366.99, while revenue per available room increased 7.3% to US$321.59 in February. In the reported period, the total revenue per available room climbed 5.8% to US$554.93.
