No Effect On Oil Output From Gas Injection, Tullow Says

News: Tullow Oil Ghana, a consortium partner involved in the development of the country's Jubilee oil field, has denied reports that it has cut oil production due to the continuous reinjection of gas into wells, reports Citifmonline. The Jubilee partners are facing a decision to either flare gas or cut down on production; however, no decision has yet been made, according to Tullow general manager Charles Darku. 'If we were to reduce production then we would lose, so far we have not reduced production so we are not losing. It's even not really a loss as such because the oil is still in the ground,' he added (Ghanaweb).
