News In Brief: EPSO-2 To Ease Pacific Exports

News: Russia's state-owned Transneft is expecting ESPO-blend crude oil exports from the Pacific port of Kozmino to reach 20mn tonnes in 2013, reports Reuters. Volumes are expected to reach just 5mn tonnes in 2012. The increase will be driven by the expected launch of the second stage of the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO-2) pipeline to Asia in November 2012 - a month earlier than originally planned.
