News: Spirits manufacturer Moet-Hennessey, a division of French consumer goods company LVMH , is developing a sparkling wine product made in India, reports The Economic Times. The wine is being produced in collaboration with the Nashik-based York Winery on a short-term contract. Sparkling wine, consumed primarily in India as part of celebration s , holds a relatively sma ll market share , but a growing affluent class within India is serving to boost demand within the category.
