Lindner Files AED900mn Arbitration Claim Against NDIA

News: Lindner Depa, a joint venture between Dubai-based Depa and Germany's Lindner, has filed a AED900mn (US$250mn) international arbitration claim against the New Doha International Airport (NDIA) for wrongfully terminating its contract. In December 2012, Qatar Airways filed a US$600mn compensation claim, accusing Lindner of failing to construct lounges at NDIA on time. The new arbitration proceeding has begun in the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
