LIME Resumes Services After Hurricane

News: Jamaican incumbent LIME, a unit of UK-based Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) managed to deliver significant service improvements to the badly affected eastern portion of the country after Hurricane Sandy passed 72 hours ago. LIME technicians were able to establish a bypass to a critical cable link between Harbour View, St Andrew and Morant Bay, St Thomas that was hit by falling poles. The region was severely damaged by the hurricane. Additional work to the transmission cable between Bull Bay and Yallahs will enhance LIME's service to subscribers in Lloyds and Llandewey.
