Kris Energy Gains 95% Interest In East Java Sakti PSC

News: Cayman Islands-based KrisEnergy has secured the operatorship and a 95% working interest in the Sakti production sharing contract (PSC) in offshore Indonesia. The 4, 974sq km exploration block is currently being developed for gas aggregation opportunities. The PSC includes an associated work commitment of 1,200 km 2D seismic acquisition and processing and one exploration well. Golden Heaven Jaya is the other partner in the PSC with a 5% interest working alongside KrisEnergy.
