JBS Records 22.7% Increase In Consolidated Net Revenue

News: Brazilian meat processor JBS recorded a 22.7% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase in consolidated net revenue to BRL92,902.8mn (US$40,024mn) in 2013. The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 39% y-o-y to BRL6,130.3mn (US$56.13mn) during the period. Meanwhile, the company registered a 19.6% y-o-y increase in exports to US$11.7bn in 2013 and generated net cash from operating activities of BRL2,541.0mn (US$1,094.70mn), with positive free cash flow of BRL635.1mn (US$ 273.61mn) in 2013.
