Gran Tulum Aqueduct Tender To Be Launched

News: Officials of the Argentine province of San Juan plan to launch a tender for the construction of the US$100mn Gran Tulum aqueduct in April. Work involves the construction of a 16km, 5m³/s water pipeline in Argentina, which will run from a mountainous area in the western part of San Juan province to San Juan city. The water pipeline will double the water supply to the water treatment system and will help meet the city's water needs for the next 50 years. At present, talks to finance the project are continuing with Kuwaiti investors.
