Government Reduces Transit Fee For Georgian Trucks

News: The Georgian Ministry of Economy has announced that the Turkish government has reduced the transit fee for Georgian registered trucks to around 25%. The move comes after a large number of Georgian trucks failed to pay the amount usually paid by other countries. The transit fee of EUR150 (US$200.5) or EUR300 (US$401.09) will be applicable on panel vans and minibuses from September 1, depending on whether they are empty or full.
