First National Bank Revises Banking Charge Fee Structure

News: South Africa's First National Bank has revised its banking charge fee structure. The bank claims that its Easy Account will continue to be its cheapest bank account, with a monthly fee of ZAR4.95 (USD0.46), but will now be accessible to customers earning up to ZAR350,000 (35,613.16) per annum. The bank decided to keep its monthly banking fees for its Smart Account and Gold Cheque Account Unlimited, its product offering to lower and middle income clients respectively, unchanged. The lender's fees are revised once a year and are effective from July 1 2014 (iAfrica).
