Exports Of Peruvian Citrus Fruits Rise 85.3% In Q114

News: Exports of Peruvian citrus fruits increased 85.3% year-on-year in Q114, according to the Peruvian Association of Exporters (ADEX). The rise in exports has been attributed to high demand from Europe and North America. Mandarin shipments rose 279% y-o-y to USD1.8mn, with high demand from the UK, the Netherlands, Canada and Ecuador. Tahitian lime exports increased 78% to USD582,250 with major export destinations including the US, Panama, Chile and the UK.
