COSCO Takes Delivery Of COSCO Belgium

News: China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO) has taken the delivery of the first of eight COSCO newbuildings, COSCO Belgium, at HHLA's Container Terminal Tollerort at the German port of Hamburg. The containership, which was delivered at the end of February, is set to be berthing in Hamburg on April 11. The COSCO Belgium is also scheduled to be deployed on the CKYH Alliance's weekly Asia-Europe NE3 service from Hamburg, calling at HHLA's Container Terminal Tollerort. Each of the newbuildings with a 13,380 twenty-foot equivalent unit capacity is scheduled to be delivered by 2014.
