Corona To Buy Stake In Kilo Goldmines

News: Canada-based Corona Gold Corporation has agreed to buy at least 9.2mn to 11.2mn equity units of Canadian mining company Kilo Goldmines. The acquisition is part of a private placement announced by Kilo under which each unit would consist of one post-consolidated common share and one common share purchase warrant. The units would be offered at a price of CAD0.25 (US$0.22) per unit.
