CMA CGM To Add Call At Buchanan Port

News: France-based container transportation and shipping company CMA CGM has expanded its PC north service with the addition of a new call at Buchanan, Liberia. The move will connect Buchanan with CMA CGM's long haul services via Tangiers hub, thereby allowing the port to carry out import operations throughout the globe. The new call will also enable the port to export locally sourced wood, rubber, palm oil and minerals. The service will have the following port rotation: Tangiers, Nouakchott, Banjul, Freetown, Monrovia, Buchanan and back to Tangiers. The expanded PC north service will commence on March 24, with the deployment of the the Spero.
