CHK 1182 Chauk Oil Well Drilling Complete

News: Singapore-based Interra Resources has reported that its 60% owned subsidiary Goldpetrol Joint Operating Company has completed drilling of the CHK 1182 well in the Chauk oil field in Myanmar. The well was drilled to a measured depth of 1,097.28 metres (m) using the ZJ 750 rig. CHK 1182 is part of a development programme of directional drilling under the Ayeyarwaddy River in north of the Chauk field. The well was completed following casing perforations over 21.64m covering nine reservoirs holding 135 barrels of oil per day.
