Central Hotel Put Up For Sale

News: Property agents Savills Cork and Ger Carmody Auctioneers Tralee have put up for sale the Central Hotel in Tralee in Kerry County, Ireland for an asking price of EUR1mn (USD1.38mn), reports Irish Independent. The sale was conducted on behalf of receiver Aiden Murphy of Crowe Horwath. The hotel, which was formerly known as the Abbey Gate, is situated in Tralee Town Centre. The 100-bedroom-hotel is laid out over three floors and has two bars and a restaurant at ground floor level. The hotel has two meeting rooms, a main function room capable of accommodating 260 people and around 40 off-street car parking spaces on either side of Maine Street in Tralee Town Centre.
