BIL Unveils Data On Oil Shipment From Ceyhan Terminal

News: Turkish company Botas International (BIL) has shipped more than 1.84bn barrels of oil from the Ceyhan oil terminal from June 2 2006 until January 6 2014, according to a report by the company (Azernews). This is up from 1.82bn barrels of oil shipped until December 2 2013. Also, from June 2 2006 to January 6 2014, approximately 2,392 oil tankers were shipped from the terminal. The company operates the Turkish section of 1,768km Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline. Of the total, 443km of the pipeline runs through Azerbaijan, 249km through the territory of Georgia and 1,076km through Turkey.
