Ascent Resources Set For 2014 Petisovci Start Up

News: UK-based independent Ascent Resources has moved a step closer towards the start of production from its Petisovci gas project in Slovenia. The company has signed key contracts with its Slovenian partners to lay the foundations for bringing the Petišovci project into production in 2014. The contracts include a revised joint venture agreement for simplifying the relationship between the partners; an infrastructure agreement with Petrol Geoterm doo for facilitating construction of the plant to process hydrocarbons; and a service agreement with Petrol Geoterm doo. The agreements aim to help Ascent forge an effective future working relationship with its partners.
