ARM Holdings Buys Sensinode

News: UK-based semiconductor manufacturer ARM Holdings announced its acquisition of Finnish software start-up Sensinode , reports Tech Crunch. Sensinode develops Internet of Things software and it is understood that this acquisition forms part of ARM ' s long-term strategy to prepare for a surge in device connectivity over the next decade. Specific financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
