ANI To Launch Zipaquirá-Bucaramanga Highway Concession

News: Colombia's national infrastructure agency, ANI, had announced plans to launch a concession worth COP284bn (US$146mn) on September 9 2013 for the upgrade of Zipaquirá-Bucaramanga highway, reports BNamericas. The project includes restoring, operating and maintaining the 370km road connecting the Santander and Cundinamarca areas. The highway project forms part of a foreign trade corridor stretching from Bogotá to Cúcuta, which is expected to reduce the logistics costs of freight transport.
