ABC Registers 9% Rise In Cargo Volume

News: Russia-based cargo airline AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) registered a 9% increase in cargo volume to 86,500 tonnes in Q1, reports TransREporter. The rise was attributed to market improvements in Russia, Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific region and the company's achievements in its own sales activities. The company posted a 13% increase in freight ton-kilometres (FTKs) in the reported period. It reported cargo throughput of 340,000 tonnes and FTKs of 2.6mn in 2013. ABC has a fleet of 12 Boeing 747 freighters and caters to 23 destinations worldwide.
