35mn Tramadol Tablets Seized In 2013

News: Egypt's health ministry has reported that the Drugs Investigation Authority seized around 35mn Tramadol tablets from 108 pharmacies in 2013, reports Egypt Independent. Of the 108 pharmacies, 65 were not licensed, and sold smuggled Tramadol that had not been registered by the health ministry. The ministry said that around 62,175 pharmacies and 1,142 warehouses were inspected in 2013 with 28,356 violations recorded.
