Mexico Energy Reform A Paradigm Shift

The landmark reform of Mexico's energy sector will pave the way for foreign investment into the country's troubled oil and gas industry. Key challenges remain in the form of secondary legisaltion, which will need to be passed in early 2014. However, the longer-term benefits for the previously closed energy sector and the Mexican economy as a whole cannot be overstated at this stage.
