Skanska Wins CZK1.7bn Rail Contract

News: Sweden-based construction company Skanska secured a contract worth CZK1.7bn (US$85.65mn) from the Czech Republic's Railway Infrastructure Administration to modernise the Pilsen railway junction. Work on the contract includes rebuilding part of the Pilsen Railway Station, new platforms and a new underpass for passengers. Construction work is scheduled to start in April and to be completed in 2016.
