Emirates International Telecommunications To Divest Tunisie Télécom Stake

News: The Tunisian government said investment firm Emirates International Telecommunications (EIT), a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, is divesting its 35% shareholding in state-owned Tunisie Télécom. EIT purchased the stake in Tunisie Télécom for US$2.25bn in 2006. Meanwhile, Citigroup has been appointed by Dubai Holding to provide guidance on a potential sale of Dubai Holding's remaining 26% stake in UAE mobile retailer Axiom Telecom, reports Reuters.
