Dauphin Telecom, who has about 20,000 subscribers on the Caribbean islands of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthelemy, started the piloting schemes in January 2013, but has reportedly increased the testing as the launch date approaches. The VDSL2 deployment is part of a series of investments by Dauphin Telecom throughout 2013.
